【Rules for Use of Materials】

RAINMU's materials can be used free of charge without obtaining separate permission from RAINMU, but when you use the materials provided by RAINMU complies with the Guidelines in accordance with the Material Usage Rules.

By using RAINMU's materials, the user is deemed to have agreed to the RAINMU Materials Usage Rules.

【The purpose of using materials】

The user may use RAINMU material only in the following cases

・For use in a work intended for entry in the RAINMU Challenge, which will be held on the official RAINMU Discord.

All rights (including copyrights and trademarks) to the RAINMU materials belong to RAINMU.

【Unauthorised Use (Prohibited Acts)】

In using materials provided by RAINMU, users are prohibited from the following actions.

・For use outside of the RAINMU Challenge held on the official RAINMU Discord.

・Use of materials provided by RAINMU as part of another product name, service name, trademark, logo, company name, etc.

・Use of materials provided by RAINMU in a manner that suggests approval, sponsorship, endorsement, etc., without obtaining RAINMU's permission.

・Using materials provided by RAINMU in any way that are illegal, related to antisocial forces, obscene, offensive to public order and morals, or for any other purpose.

・Use of materials provided by RAINMU in any other manner that RAINMU deems inappropriate

【Users responsibility】

・If RAINMU finds that a user is using RAINMU-provided materials in violation of the material usage rules or guidelines, or if RAINMU, at its discretion, deems it necessary, RAINMU may suspend the user from using RAINMU's materials or take any other action that RAINMU deems necessary or appropriate. RAINMU may take such other measures as it deems necessary and appropriate.

・In the event that RAINMU suffers any direct or indirect damages (including attorneys' fees) as a result of the use of RAINMU's materials (including claims by third parties by using RAINMU materials), the user shall immediately compensate RAINMU for such damages in accordance with RAINMU's claim.

【An escape clause】

・RAINMU does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that the materials will be free from defects in fact or law (including defects, errors or bugs in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security or otherwise, or infringement of rights).RAINMU is not obligated to remove such defects and provide the material.

・RAINMU shall not be liable for any damages of any kind incurred by the user as a result of using materials provided by RAINMU.

【Governing law and Jurisdiction】

・The material usage rules are governed by Malaysian law.

・The Mahkamah Persekutuan Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any disputes arising between the user and the company as a result of the use of the materials.
